55,000 s.f. Class A Office building located just minutes from the 429 and 408 expressways. The 429 @ Crown Point is a premier suburban workplace in West Orange County.
MARRIOTT WORLD CENTER-
HYDROPONICS FACILITY
Recipient of the 2019 Excellence in Construction Award, this project was designed to allow The Orlando World Center to utilize the revolutionary HyCube growing system, growing produce for its nine dining outlets and 450,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.
As this was the first HyCube™ modular hydroponic vegetable production system at the Orlando World Center Marriott, Boyer Building Corporation understood the full breadth of the importance of this landmark project and its significance to the Marriott Hotel brand at large and worked for hand in hand to ensure a successful and timely project delivery.
MARRIOTT CYPRESS HARBOUR -
SPA & FITNESS CENTER
The Cypress Harbour Spa and Fitness Center was a ground up design build project that entailed custom designs and artful engineering.
Two existing tennis courts were transformed into a 7,500 square foot; state of the art building that included fully customizable massage and spa treatment rooms. It also includes a spacious fitness center, outdoor hot tub and tranquil meeting spaces for private parties to relax before and after treatments.
WYNDHAM BONNET CREEK RESORT - MAINTENANCE BUILDING
The Wyndham Bonnet Creek Maintenance Building was built in 2014 to facilitate the growing needs of the Engineering Staff at the Resort. A combination use space of approximately 6000 square feet dedicated to Administration staff offices, and open areas that allow for parking of the Resorts Utility Vehicles.
